Thanks so much for the feature post!

One note: I can't take credit for Kiwanis donation. They came to US! They happened to be looking for a new project to take part in and heard about our need. They contacted our principal asking if we would like their help. YOU BET WE WOULD! How about that for LUCK?! We had not even considered asking them because they have donated to us before and it didn't feel right to ask for more.

It just goes to show that if you put the word out there and leave no stone unturned, you never know what might come your way. The word spread about our garden and now other donations are coming in. Everyone is excited to help.

I would recommend that any school garden project put a little extra effort into getting the word out to the community. You never know what it may lead to.
